A few words about this neighborhood
I can talk at length about this neighborhood because I know it well.  We live a couple of doors down from this home.  We already lived in Lucas on more acreage when we decided it was time to find a home in a neighborhood with kids for our son. 

We looked at every home and neighborhood in Lovejoy ISD for about a year before we settled on our home in the Estates of Huntwick.  We love it here.  Here are a few reasons why ...

There are a ton of kids of all ages in the Estates of Huntwick.   All of the homes are on at least two acres so there's plenty of room for them to run and play.  There's always something going on when the weather's warm - football games, pool parties, riding bikes, or just walking from home to home.  Even on cold days, kids are outside playing.  It's great.

For the adults, taking a short walk up to Snider Lane provides miles of walking on streets with little traffic, lots of trees, and open fields.  We have several 4-5 mile routes we walk.  You'd never know you were this close in walking those roads.

And speaking of being close-in, you are only about 7-8 minutes from all the millions of new square feet of shopping, retail, and restaurants at Stacy Road in the Village at Allen and the Village at Fairview.  And it's only a slightly longer drive to Watters Creek in Allen.  Yet, at the end of our street, you can see Longhorn cattle grazing on large acreage. 
It really feels like country, but we have all the conveniences of the city within minutes.

The neighbors all look after one another.  If someone needs help picking up a child after school, there is always a neighbor willing to step in and help.  It is the same with taking care of the pets when someone is on vacation, or just running late.  Someone will step in to help.  If someone is sick, meals are made.  It's a very close neighborhood.  We look after each other.  It's a wonderful feeling.

And best of all, our neighborhood is in Lovejoy ISD.  In fact, that's why most of us moved out here in the first place.  We couldn't be happier and I'm sure whoever moves into the neighborhood will feel the same way.....
