I'm an internet junky and I love looking at homes for sale in all the
states, been at it over 10 yrs. I rarely stumble on a Real Estate site as
awesome as yours. I didn't have to weave and bob through worlds of useless
info. The homes were right there and when I clicked and saw the pictures I
was sold. They are large, clear and just beautiful. That is by far the most
important thing. When people are looking online for homes they want to see
the home as if they were standing in the home and your pictures gave me that
view. Real Estate websites can learn a lot from your site. Do you know the
one thing that will get a listing passed over in a second, no pictures! and
you would not believe the sites that have homes listed with no pictures. Who
wants to buy something they can't see. There are times I'm tempted to call
the agent and tell them, you can't be serious about selling this home. LOLI am looking for a home in Louisiana at this time and let me tell you it's
not easy finding a website that I can get the view of the homes that I
desire.
Keep up the great work. Love It.

Hi Tom-As you know I've been an
admirer of your website dating back to our time in Florida looking for
the home you eventually sold for us in Stonebridge, about 4 ½ years
ago. I'm also a firm believer that the web sells houses if there is an
attention to detail and knowledge of the market which is, in turn,
promoted to the public and potential users. We are now selling our home in
New Mexico, and following your recipe for success, I looked for a broker
that most mirrored your marketing plan. He/she must have a strong web
presence w/emphasis on home detail and lots of quality photographs!
Hopefully, a website where folks would revisit time and again to see new
homes, information, and other neat ideas, etc. etc. PLUS links to this
fabulous website in all the places that prospective buyers might visit. Guess what? There isn't a
broker up here that comes close …
Sincerely, L Nelson |

I read your mission statement,
but before I read it I could have almost quoted it because of the type of
professional site you produce. I was a former broker in Texas and also in
Alabama and when I found your site I was so impressed with the advanced
marketing skills your firm used. If every company put forth the effort and
care in which you approach your business, the working world would be a
better place. My hat is off to you and the company you have made. The only
reason most people are critical of another business is because they feel
inferior to them. Obviously the case with D Magazine. You keep doing
what you do and don't worry about those trying to catch up to your
standards. I only wish the world knew how to raise the bar like you have
done. Thanks
for all you do and have done for the Real Estate world.

I only
wanted to say that your listings are done very well. It is the best I
have seen. As a former real estate agent myself, I appreciate having
this type of info available to me as some one who is in the process of
looking for a home. My fiancée and I are planning to buy a home in the
area and are working with an agent there already. But I wanted to
compliment you on your formats. We are quite interested in this listing
and might be looking at it soon. This is the way a listing should be
done and I am impressed.

I'm not
in the market for a home, but wanted to compliment you on your site.
When we purchased in Lucas three years ago I found your info very
helpful - better than what my own agent provided. Last week I was in
conversation with a business associate and the subject of helpful
websites came up. I used yours as an example which made me look to see
if you're still adding info. Updated as I expected....good for you!!

The reason for
this email is to tell you what a great job you do with your website from
prospective home buyers. We are constantly on your site reviewing your
home listings. Your professional, detailed work stands out from your
peers. Additionally, your recent document on "why to stay small" was a
very good indication of what you stand for and why. Without question,
we wish you could market our home (in Missouri) when we get the final
word on our relocation back to Texas. Probably cannot find "Grisak"
quality in our area.

I felt
compelled to write you. About 16 months ago I found your website while
contemplating a job offer in Dallas. We were moving from Arizona. I
accepted the job offer and flew in immediately. Unfortunately, I had to
use the corporate relocation specialist the company provided. Although
she was very competent, most of the listing that I liked the best were
on your website. On my first trip there I looked at your listing in the
Oakwood neighborhood in Fairview. It was beautiful home that was only
$569,000 ( I think ).
Anyway, I fell
in love with the neighborhood but I knew the home would have to be
remodeled to suit our tastes and my wife would have to see it first.
However, the realtor did not tell me about how the market heats up in
May and so I didn't make an offer. BIG MISTAKE! It was in escrow by the
time I came back the following week.
Anyway, we
eventually found a home that we liked (after 4 very expensive trips) but
when I told my company I was leaving they promoted me to the Sacramento
area, where we currently live.... in a nice (but not as grand as homes
in Dallas) home that I paid over $750K for!!!
I am still hoping to make the
move to the Dallas area in a few years. In the meantime I will continue
to check your website and what the values increase there while they
decrease here!! But when we move, you will be my first call!!
Thanks, Glenn ... |

Hello Tom:
My wife and I are looking to
relocate from California, and have a few questions we would like to ask
you about the area. First off let me say your website is great, not
only with great descriptions of the properties, but also with the other
information given to us. We have learned a lot from that. Thank you
for providing it. Let

Dear
Mr. Grisak,
We
are relocating to the area from New Jersey and were saddened to see 2270
Purdue go under contract. If this comes open again please contact me.Your site and your listings are so
thorough I have felt as if I have visited and toured all of your listing in
person while sitting in New Jersey.
I
really have been blown
away by your website. I only wish that all realtors would photo and
document their listings as well as you do. The other info you provide is
also great as well as entertaining. I liked the info on reducing the
radiant heat in the attic. The info on foaming your AC duct work was
also great. (The pics are great at showing what it really entails.)
When we lived in
Plano 2 ½ years ago I would constantly lose Holiday decorations and
other things because they would melt. I also know that the reason we
would go through AC units so quickly was in part due to how much
they would have to run. You’ve really started setting a standard of
service through your website that is above anything else I’ve seen
in your field!
Feel free to use my email
for your site!

While still in California, we were looking at homes on the internet and
trying to find a realtor who specialized in the area in which we were
looking. One of your listings caught our eye and within minutes of
being directed to your web-site, we knew we had found our realtor. The
information provided on the local communities is second to none and
gave us a great head start on narrowing down the cities where we wanted

I was reading the part of the Grisak site where
he talks about your process of accepting/rejecting listings. Class act stuff.
The site makes me want to be a real estate agent! Ok, not quite, but you guys
are doing everything a professional agency should do. Some agents are shady and
deceptive, the real estate equivalent of those creepy used car salespeople. You
guys are the Mercedes dealership of real estate. Wait, maybe that's an insult,
to liken you to car salespeople. Your agency has certainly transcended that.
My point is that I love the Grisak business model, the web site, everything
about it. I find myself actually looking at the site for fun from time to time!

Good evening
Tom.
Allow me to begin by noting Grisak.com is head and shoulders above any
existing real estate website, BY FAR. And I have seen quite a few. I
have over 60 agency or agents websites bookmarked. Grisak.com is the
only one I visit on a daily basis. My wife, Jackie, is now a fan as
well. It is very detailed and insightful. The website answers questions a
potential buyer may have regarding properties. Excellent photos too.
Which leads me to the purpose of this note: We are relocating back to Texas.
My wife is from the Mckinney area. Jackie flew into Dallas and will be
calling you this week re: properties in the Allen/Parker/Fairview/Plano area
which you seem to know well. She is looking for the next 2-3 weeks.
Hopefully your listings will grow again. Thanks for your time. It is
obvious you enjoy your business and your website. I sure do.

I just wanted to compliment you on your website.
I found your website months ago and have since convinced my husband that
we have to go to Dallas and check out the Fairview / Lucas area. He
thinks I'm crazy but it sounds like a nice place to raise our kids. We
actually live in a real nice growing town in California with family
nearby but there's no harm in looking elsewhere, especially since
housing out here is ridiculously overpriced, and maybe we could sell
ours and move out there. I am even set on the Lovejoy school district -
currently our kids go to private school but maybe Lovejoy is so good
that we wouldn't need private education....
... your website is sooooooo informative and
helpful. The towns (Plano, Murphy, Parker, Lucas, Fairview, etc.) you
market for should be grateful to you for your
wonderful website because it is responsible for my curiosity of the
area! I can tell you positively that if we ever sell a house in the
area, you will be our agent... and if we move out there we will contact
you as well.

I just wanted to take a moment to compliment you on the wonderful job you do
with your website. I've never visited a better realtor's website than
yours, or one that is even close.
My husband and I currently live in Northern Virginia and are getting very
close to retirement. Our three children are living in the Dallas Fort Worth
Metroplex, and we are trying to determine if that's where we want to
relocate when the time comes. We lived in Arlington for 13 years (that's
why our kids are there), and so we are quite familiar with the Metroplex
area. We, however, were not familiar with Lucas and its surrounding towns.
When we found your website it was exciting to actually see clear, beautiful
photos of the interiors, exteriors, and surrounding areas of the homes you
have listed. Coming from the beautiful state of Virginia, we were happy to
see all the trees and greenery the Lucas area had to offer. In fact, last
week we visited our children and spent the better part of one day exploring
Lucas and Fairview. We didn't have much time, but from what we saw we were
not disappointed. We will definitely consider that area once we shut things
down on the East Coast. Again, GREAT WEBSITE!

| Fairview |
Tom,
Thanks to your website we are enjoying a
great life in Fairview, Texas! Two years ago we were relocating here
from the Midwest. We were set up with a realtor through a relocation
company. We knew we wanted a quiet area, perhaps with some trees and
land but most importantly a good school system. With no connections in the area we decided
to look all over the metroplex from Highland Village east to Mckinney
and also Highland Park.
You can imagine the hours we spent with the
realtor! After that first visit we really didn’t find anything that was
just right. I did a lot of research online looking at
homes and studying school websites before our next house hunting trip.
That’s when I found your website.
It was amazing how in one place I
learned about so many things…..the area, links to the school, specifics
to house hunting in Texas, and really great pictures and descriptions of
the homes. I convinced our realtor to drive to Fairview and look
around. She’d never been there and thought it might be “too far out
there.” I spent a few hours at the school - had a lengthy talk with the
superintendent and a tour of the school.
What a sense of relief. This
place felt really comfortable to me. We ended up purchasing one of your
listings that I first saw on your website. In the last two years I’ve checked your
website regularly to see what’s going on in the area housing market,
find qualified recommendations for services I need and hints on home
care and maintenance. My husband’s commute time to work is only 15 – 20
minutes. We are so close to everything we need and have met some
wonderful people.
Thanks for helping us find the perfect home
for our family.

I want to complement you on a wonderful web site. I get quite tired of
Flash-this and animated-that, etc. Your site is not only full of
information, it is ALL extremely USEFUL information. When I see one of
your signs go up on a property, I usually go to your site to take a look,
just to stay informed about the real estate market in my immediate area
(Lucas area). I rarely do the same with other listings, because there
generally isn't that much to be learned, or else it is too painful to dig
up.

great being able to compare the exterior and interior features in a home
