Watters Creek is located at the Southwest Corner of Central Expressway (Hwy 75) and Bethany Rd. Bethany Rd is one of the two main thoroughfares leading to Lucas from Allen. This impressive retail center is no more than 15 minutes at most from any point in Lucas.

This development actually reminds me quite a bit of Vail Village with the stream running through the middle of it. There are already quite a few significant, high end retail tenants with more on the way.

Watters Creek is one of three major retail developments currently under construction along Central Expressway totaling over 3,000,000 square feet. The other two developments are just north of this center at the northeast and southeast corners of Hwy 75 and Stacy Rd (which separates Fairview from Allen).
