Once the 3 million square feet at the
Village at Allen/Village at Fairview are completed, the intersection of
US 75 and Stacy Road will have more traffic than the intersection of 121
& Preston Road in Frisco.
They are
projecting 150,000 vehicles per day on US 75 & 50,000 vehicles per day
on Stacy Road. Once the Village at Allen and Village at Fairview are
fully open, they are projecting 20 million visitors annually.

development in the DFW Metroplex.
