For many years now, I've called Lovejoy ISD "The Highland Park of the North".  They are both small school districts with high property values and personal income, single family homes without high density multi-family developments, and both are obsessed with quality education. 

Below, you will find a table indicating the percent of students who received "commended" on those TAKS tests.   "Commended" means perfect or almost perfect scores. For example, in the first section (3rd grade reading) 79% of Highland Park ISD 3rd grades had perfect or near perfect scores on the reading TAKS test and 75% of Lovejoy ISD students did the same.
