We've used Alfredo (call him Ceehee) more than any contractor on this list, by far.  He does quality work and takes pride in his jobs.  We've had him build fences for us and also decorative iron pieces for our home.  Not only is he an excellent welder, he has a great eye and is very creative.  His English is spotty, but I've always managed to communicate exactly what I needed.  Plus, his son speaks fluent English, so he can bring him over if needed.  I could not recommend him more highly as a welder, artist, person, and family man.
