Dear Tom,

Well, your expertise and keen eye has paid off again.  You told me that it is hard to recommend people now a days and you are right.  But in the case of Fred Bivens and Susan, you hit a grand slam.  What a perfect fit for me on the way he handled his business.  He is such a perfectionist, how could anything go wrong?  He cared beyond what anyone could of expected. I’m sure I was a handful and I did turn it down a notch because he did know what he was doing. The whole project turned out great and should be another feather in his hat.
