Weekly Realtor.com hits on all of our listings
We don't like to make predictions that can
come back to bite us, but it does appear that the market is starting to pick
up steam. The showings on our listings are up, the weekly hits on all
of the listings on our site are up, and finally, the total weekly hits
on our listings on Realtor.com are significantly up (as evidenced by
the chart above).
We have already seen four offers on our listings in the first two weeks of January, and one is now in title. We'll all have to wait and see what the year brings, but every indication I am seeing thus far is it is going to be a busy year for us.
