Finished primarily in a French-country style with finish selections made for timeless quality, the home, while large in both square footage and volume maintains a comfortable feeling throughout.
Designed with all major amenities on one level, the home takes advantage of the large 4 acre lot to maximize the interior and exterior access, flow and sight lines. No detail was overlooked and every room contains unique, well thought out touches designed and built with the legendary Alford homes quality. We were careful to not do things that would make the home feel overdone. The home is an “open” plan – and has been designed in a way that truly opens up every room and hallway for a grand feel.
Conversation is comfortable from kitchen to great room, yet privacy is a few steps away in the library, dining room, office, game room or theater.
