Erin has been with our team for over 8 years now. She started as a brand new agent and earned the prestigious Keller Williams Luxury Agent designation only her second year in the business which is quite an accomplishment. For years Erin was our top producing agent representing both buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas area and also as far away as Commerce and Tyler, Tx. Erin was instrumental in selling all of the lots in Fairview's prestigious Oak Meadows and is working towards doing the same thing in the remaining lots in Fairview's Harbour Oaks Development. In 2019 she moved into the role of Vice President and Sales Director which has taken a lot of her time, but she still works with her clients and they all love her. Erin is always full of enthusiasm, positive, and fun to work with. She always places her client’s needs ahead of her own and they know it. Erin is a 1999 graduate from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a degree in business focusing on marketing. She spent 12 years in the apparel & accessories business. She lives in Richardson with her daughter.

A typical day in my life…

I'm up by 6am, turning coffee on and making sure dogs have gone out and have been fed. While the dogs bark at squirrels, I sit with my coffee and read the news, usually Morning Brew and WSJ. I'll scan my phone for texts / emails that need to be addressed, prioritize accordingly, then make sure my daughter is up and ready for her day. Every day is different, when you work in real estate, you are juggling several clients at a time, that are in different phases of the selling or buying process. I'm on the phone or in meetings, A LOT. I check our production as a team daily, and review the agents pipeline reports to see what we have in the works. Some days I'm driving all day between showing, or appointments, and other days I may be doing more work on the computer. I try to wrap everything up early evening so I can focus on my family. I try to play golf on Friday's, if my schedule allows.

I’m listening to…

Podcasts, or my Spotify list that covers just about every music genre you can think of.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

Clothing Designer

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

Children having best education possible, never being hungry, mistreated, or abused. A solution to end human trafficking.

My worst job was ...

I worked at a small restaurant for exactly 1 hour, I don't cook.

The one thing I really wish I had is...

More quality time with my family.

Always…

Be nice people!

Biggest Dream…

Watching my daughter grow up, traveling the world with my person, and always having a home in Dallas, TX. :)

More about Me…

I lived in the Lakewood neighborhood of East Dallas as a little girl, before moving to Wolfe City, TX. My parents purchased a 100 year old farmhouse (before it was super cool), and I had the BEST time and BEST of both worlds between the country and the city. My dad was a small business owner, so many of my summers and spring breaks were spent working with him and one of my brothers, at his shop in Dallas on Levee St. I have the most kind mother, who stayed home and did a fantastic job raising us. She's one of the most intelligent people I know, and sacrificed a lot, so she could raise her children. I'm the youngest of 3, and have 2 older brothers. I graduated from Texas A&M University - Commerce in 1999 and was part of the Chi Omega sorority. Those girls are still my best friends to date. Feel free to give me a shout if you need any additional information. I'm happy to answer any questions you have, and by the way, I happen to be great at helping people sell, purchase and invest in real estate. :)

I was born…

Dallas, Texas

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

A huge party with all my friends and family, AND of course, a mariachi band. Awesome food and music.

I’m inspired by…

Truly amazing human beings, who are still kind and respectful to others despite their own adversities, or differences in opinions.

The perfect day would be…

75 degrees, no humidity, playing golf, then lounging by the beach or pool with my family, all with NO PHONES!

My favorite escape…

Closing all the shutters in my bedroom, turning off the lights, and watching hours of Netflix with a cocktail and junk food. The bonus would be if I lived on a beach, and could take breaks by walking up and down the beach. LOL!

My life…

My life is crazy, insane, and awesome. It's full of really wonderful people, an amazing family, great parents, a super cool & kind, busy daughter, my significant other who makes my life better and more fun. I have the greatest group of friends from different phases of life. So blessed and so grateful. Hands down, my people are the best part of my life.

Never…

Assume anything.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

People who drive slow in the fast lane, people on their phones, walking in the middle of a parking lot, or when people talk loudly on their phones in restaurants, etc. STOP FACETIMING in the middle of the grocery store. Again, I'm working on patience.

My favorite thing about Texas…

The Dallas skyline. Pick a direction and start driving, you'll find some of the coolest, little, small towns. Lots of places to explore.

My favorite food is...

Tex-Mex, Capital Grille, Whataburger - I'm a fan of ALL foods.

The one person who motivates me is…

My daughter, Stevie

My first job was…

I was a lifeguard at Webb Hill Country Club in Wolfe City, TX

The one thing I wish I could really do well is...

Chip and putt :)

I’m currently working on…

Exercising consistently, and being a good human. That should cover most of it. :)

Favorite Quote…

This too shall pass.

Most people don't know this about me…

I played the violin as a kid, and am probably way more introverted than people think. (But I love my people!)
