Erin Hickman Closes on Two Properties Today

Congratulations to Erin Hickman on selling both 100 Horseshoe Bend in Fairview and 904 Rachels Court in Starcreek of Allen.

 

 

The first home, shown here on the right, is 100 Horseshoe Bend. It was listed at $1,049,000. It’s quite different from most of the newer homes coming out of the ground. It has lower ceilings and there are smaller, private living areas rather than the large open floor plans most builders are building today. It almost feels like a cottage set in the woods both inside and out which is why we really liked it. After the sale of 100 Horseshoe Bend, Erin then represented the sellers on the purchase of this pretty home in Starcreek of Allen. The address is 904 Rachels Ct and it was listed at $725,000. This was a nice day for Erin and I understand she and her clients celebrated with mimosa’s this morning.

 

The Back Story – We’re proud to say this is our 34th home sale in Starcreek of Allen! It’s a family community with wooded walking trails, tennis courts, playground, and community center. It’s only a couple of minutes from both 75 (Central Expwy) and SH 121 so the location is great going in any direction.

Often times homeowners in in Fairview and Lucas sell when their kids are seniors or all in college. They don’t need the extra square footage inside the home or costs of maintaining acreage properties. At the same time they don’t want to leave the area with all the amenities and quick access, so they buy in developments like Starcreek.
