Sean Elliott was born and raised in Collin County, and apart from his college years at Texas A&M, has lived in the DFW area his entire life.  After obtaining his masters degree, Sean became a homeowner in Allen in 2010.  After 12 years of service as a science/math teacher in Richardson and McKinney, Sean decided to make the move into residential real estate. Sean earned the Keller Williams Luxury Agent designation in only his second year.  That’s quite an accomplishment. Sean is very analytical, a tireless worker, and has earned the total trust and respect of his clients.  Sean has been involved in some of our most challenging transactions to date, and we're lucky he was our point person on them. His dogged determination and willingness to explore all possible avenues to overcome the challenges were the only reasons they were brought to a successful closing. He's an excellent Realtor!

A typical day in my life…

Wake up and get breakfast ready for my kids, walk them to school, then I dive into my database to take care of my clients and prospect for new business. After work I try to exercise a bit, then cook dinner with my wife and drink some wine. We try to end the day by watching TV as a family, do a puzzle, go for a bikeride, etc. I read my kids a book then call it an evening.

I’m listening to…

Classic rock, sometimes I throw in alternative or hip hop, but typically classic rock. Also a huge fan of 1310 The Ticket, always on when I'm in the car.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

Involved with golf in any way possible. I wasn't good enough to play professinally so I entertained the idea of landscape architecture when I was in college so I could design golf courses and be around the game every day.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

Social media, I think it's negatively altered the way we interact with each other.

My worst job was ...

Shoe salesman at an athletic store.

The one thing I really wish I had is...

Pool in the backyard for my kids.

Always…

Try to make a positive impact on other people's lives each day.

Biggest Dream…

Own a lake house an RV so my family can tour the country.

More about Me…

Just a simple guy who loves his family, golf, and helping people buy and sell houses.

I was born…

In Plano Texas, I've lived in the DFW area my entire life with the exception of 5 years living in College Station while I attended Texas A&M.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

I feel bad not saying Jesus or Mother Teresa or something, but my answer is definetely Dirk Nowitski.

I’m inspired by…

Teachers, my kids, anyone who is truly selfless.

The perfect day would be…

Breakfast with family at a beach house, go play 18 with my son, come back to the beach and fire up the grill, have a few beers and play on the beach, watch the sunset, sit on the deck and play dominos until I fall asleep.

My favorite escape…

The golf course, or the beach, or camping.

My life…

Is always a work in progress, but I'm very lucky and try to count my blessings every day.

Never…

Think you have it all figured out.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

Clutter, being disorganized, not being on time, not taking other people's feelings into account.

My favorite thing about Texas…

The people, the sunsets, the golf courses.

My favorite food is...

Any meal with chips, salsa, and margaritas.

The one person who motivates me is…

My wife and kids

My first job was…

Swimming instructor when I was 14 years old.

The one thing I wish I could really do well is...

Play the piano.

I’m currently working on…

Insulating my garage and adding an AC system so it's not 200 degrees out there.

Favorite Quote…

"If I'm ever the smartest person in the room, I'm in the wrong room" I've heard that FDR said this but also know it's attributed to Lorne Michaels from SNL as well.

Most people don't know this about me…

I love to fish.
