At 2,271 SF, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's considered a small home when compared to the 6,000 SF homes coming out of the ground in Lucas. But what the home lacked in size, it more than made up with the gorgeous almost two acre wooded creek lot. Lots like this command top dollar in Lucas, at least $650K. This was one of those very, very rare cases where the value of the lot was almost the entire value of the lot plus the home. This was a difficult home to price but Sean Elliott found that "sweet spot" on pricing, not too high and not too low.
As you can see, the seller really created a very warm and friendly atmosphere.
