We just closed on this beautiful Fairview home at 501 Ashwood Lane. Alice and her buyer had been trying to buy a home for several months but kept getting nudged out by higher offers. That’s just going to happen in a market like this, especially within Lovejoy school district, but they nailed this one down.
This has been an awesome month for Alice. Between this home and two other she has in title, her projected GCI, or gross commission income for the month is approaching $3 million. And two out of three of those are working with buyers in a tough, tough buyer market.
We represented the buyer on this home and of course, we always thank them for trusting us to help them find their home and sticking with us until we can make it happen for them.
