It’s always satisfying to watch one of our newer agents blossom in the business. They don’t start out working million dollar homes. They tend to work their way up in the home sale price points. At least I did. So when they get their first million dollar home sale, it’s a real feather in their cap, especially when it’s a difficult transaction as this one was.
Everything was going smoothly on 2301 Bennington in McKinney until a few days before closing. Some difficulties arose that might have killed the sale, but Alice hung in there as did her buyer and they got it closed. The home was listed at $1.2 million. I really love the look of this stunning home!
