PS, I’ve never met the buyers we sold the home to but I drive by it all the time. It’s already up for sale again and it’s been less than a year from when it was purchased. If you like it, I’d just drive by and get the phone number off the sign and call them.
 
The Instagram video you see here is of 545 Wendy Lane in Lucas. We sold this home last February but recently decided to use it for our “Flashback Friday”. We reposted it to Instagram only 11 days ago and since then, it’s had a staggering 5,000,000 plays and has gone viral!
 
Of course, this is a very unique home with its fabulous gym which is why so many people loved it. We had to find the right buyer and make the case the value of the home was there. That’s what professional marketing for luxury and estate homes is all about. It’s not just a sign in the yard and then on to the next deal by the agent.
 
This was the 2nd highest-priced home sale in Lucas last year and the 5th highest-priced home ever. Last year we also had the two highest-priced home sales in Fairview, both in the $3.8 million range. And to top it off, we had the highest-priced home sale in Parker ever, listed at $4.25 million.
