Talk about starting out the week the right way! We had four homes go into title today. Three of the homes we were representing the sellers and one home we were representing the buyer.
Heather Poehler, our top agent, is working on all four of these sales and just crushing it this year. Of course, they’re never really sold until the home closes and funds but we feel good about all four right now.
What’s really cool about these transactions is we’re working with two of our fellow Keller Williams Allen agents we know and trust on these transactions. It always makes working deals so much easier when you’ve got professional representation on the other side. I’ll be giving them both a shout out when the home close and share more pictures. We should have two more very nice listings going active this week so please check back.
