This past several weeks, I’ve mentioned our incredible run of properties we have in title (29 right now), and now, they’re starting to close. Almost every transaction seems to have its own story. They rarely close without some sort of drama or hitch, so I’ll share those with you. But, sometimes we get lucky.
We got lucky on 1410 Susan Circle in Lucas. There was no drama with the appraisal, financing, inspection, title, timing issues, etc. It was just easy peazy and when that happens, believe me, we’re thankful. We had to compete for the listing, however.
Heather Poehler, one of great agents, convinced the sellers we were the best choice and fortunately, they listened. The home sold very quickly and you can see why in the pictures below. Homes like this just don’t come onto the market that often, even here in beautiful Lucas, Texas. It was listed at $1.1 million.
