Some homes are very beautifully finished out but situated on fairly generic, unspectacular lots. Some homes are older and in need of updating but situated on beautiful creek lots. But trust me, fabulous homes like this on lots like this just don’t come along very often.
This always been one of my very favorites because it’s so classy looking from the street, beautifully finished out, and has a private lot backing up to a creek and woods. My instincts tell me this home won’t last on the market very long. I don’t make predictions like that very often, but when I fall in love with a home, it usually means others will too. We’ll see if I’m right.
