Sometimes you just know a home is going to go under contract quickly. It shows beautifully, it's been wonderfully cared for and the pride of ownership is evident inside and out, and not the least of which, the sellers have priced it fairly. 2709 Timber Trail is one of those homes. It's also located in Lovejoy ISD, which is a very high demand area, so that's a big plus. I don't think we had it listed a week and we haven't even finished our marketing package, but we had two parties interested immediately. For a home listed at $949K, that's pretty darn quick. Of course, we still have to get through financing and the option period, and "it's never a deal until it's a deal", but my instincts tell me there will be others interested if the contract falls out for some reason.
