Ron McHam of Ron McHam Custom Homes has built some of the most beautiful homes in the area and earned a solid reputation with his clients. It’s not just the quality of construction or his designs either. He stands behind his homes after they’re completed and the word gets around.
It’s no surprise 490 Michelle Way in Fairview went under contract while still under construction. In fact, we’ve sold quite a few homes for Ron over the years and every single one was under contract before it was completed. That speaks volumes about a custom home builder.
Ron has said quite a few times over the years he’d like to retire but his business just won’t slow down. That’s a nice problem to have.
I have some pictures of the home under construction in the video below and will be updating them as the home finishes out. The home should be ready in several months so we’ll have the professional photography just before it’s delivered to the new homeowner. It’s priced at $2.675 Million.
We’ve been talking for some time how the real estate market is just exceeding every expectation we’ve had and it’s not slowing down. Even in the high price luxury homes, we can’t replenish our inventory because our listings are selling so quickly. Here’s a look at our homes under contract right now. Ten of the fourteen homes are in excess of $1 million.
We are in historic selling territory, but it won’t last forever. These cycles never do. Please give us a call if you’re thinking about selling.
Also, if you’d like to receive my weekly newsletter, just send an email to tom@grisak.com Believe me, I’m watching for any warning signs the market might be slowing and I’ll certainly let you know when I see it.
