We’ve just closed on another Fairview home. It was listed at $750K. This is an older home and required some updating, but the lot is spectacular.
Buyers often think because a home is situated on an acre of land or so there will be some privacy, at least in the back. But that’s usually not the case. With this home, there’s actually privacy in front, back, and both sides so that’s that’s highly unusual.
