Fairview will soon have a new breakfast café. It will be in a free standing building on Stacy Rd, north side, and just east of the strip center. Mayor Lessner had mentioned it in an interview I had with him (which I’ll be posting in several days) so I decided to stop by and see what was going on.
I don’t know any details, for example whether it will also be open for lunch and dinner but I guess we’ll know soon enough. I believe it will be called the Fairview Farmers Café, but don’t hold me to it.
I was curious how much finishout was going to be required since there had already been a bar/restaurant in there and as you can see, it’s pretty extensive. I think it’s going to great at that location.
