Agent Market Share in Lovejoy ISD To Date

Lovejoy ISD is comprised mostly (but not completely) of homes in both Fairview and Lucas. It’s an understatement to say this is a very niche and unique area. For example, there are SIX school districts feeding into the small town of Lucas and Fairview has two school districts.

The school district lines wind and meander throughout these towns seemingly without rhyme or reason. Each subdivision has its own character and in my opinion, homes in some subdivisions carry more weighted value than others. I’ve been selling Lovejoy homes for the past 20 years and it’s taken me much of that time to really feel comfortable on pricing. The point I’m trying to make is you really need a Lovejoy expert who understands this market to protect your interests whether you’re buying or selling.

The list below is comprised of the top 28 agents by Lovejoy market share in 2020 to date. You can see I’m at the top with 7.55% of the entire volume listed (and this does not include two Lovejoy listings we signed today) and my average listed sale price is just over $1 million.

Of course, if you need help in buying or selling a home in Lovejoy, I hope you’ll call us, but if not, there are some other good choices below. All of the highlighted agents are also with Keller Williams in our Allen office.
Agents can’t just walk into such an unusual area like Lovejoy and understand it. It takes years of knowledge and experience to really know what you’re doing. But you can’t go wrong with any of these KW agents.
