Alice Robison Sells 2605 Foxboro in McKinney

Alice Robison, our newest agent has already made an impressive start. She just closed on 2605 Foxboro representing the Sellers. This home is in El Dorado on a heavily wooded lot and street. It was listed at $649K and sold quickly after hitting the MLS.

Alice really showed her tenacity in getting this listing. The sellers had already interviewed two other agents and were leaning in another direction but Alice convinced them to at least meet with her, which they did.

I’m sure they recognized Alice’s commitment to selling their home and the quality of services which we provide, so we were honored they chose us. The home closed quickly and without any drama. When the agents on both sides along with the buyers and sellers are all pulling the wagon in the same direction, selling a home is really a pleasure.

By the way, Alice has two new listings coming up in the near future. Both are on acreage, in Lucas, and Lovejoy ISD. I can’t tell you about them quite yet, but stay tuned.
