When 1041 Three Oaks in Fairview come onto the market for sale, just several days ago, my first thought was “Wow, that’s an incredible home! I sure wish it was our listing”. But I was happy for Angel Young who listed it. She’s another highly regarded agent in our Keller Williams Allen office.
The next thing I knew, Sean Elliott, one of our excellent Lovejoy specialists sent a text telling me one of our clients had just put the home under contract in a competitive bid situation. So I was thrilled!
Of course, it’s never a deal until it’s closed and funded, but if it does, it will be a real feather in the cap for both Angel and Sean. The home is listed at $2.85 Million.
And by the way, Sean made the top 10 list among all of our Keller Williams Allen agents last month. That’s really something to be proud of considering we’re the #1 office in all of Collin County with 225 agents.
