Many real estate offices are secretive about the agent production. Keller Williams is just the opposite. They share the commission income of all the agents on a monthly basis and also year to date. IMHO, that’s healthy because it shows all of our agents, regardless of their experience, they can aspire for great things within our office. There are 225 agents in our Keller Williams Allen office and we’re the number one office in all of Collin County.
For the month of April, it took about $75K in commission income to make the top 10. I’ll bet there aren’t many real estate offices doing those kinds of numbers. Both Heather and I made the top 10 for the month.
What’s really impressive is all four of our seasoned agents, Erin Hickman, Sean Elliott, Heather Poehler, and I are in the top 12 for the entire KW office for year to date commissions. We’ve built one heck of a team and have brought on some new agents who I have no doubt will be in the mix once they get some experience under their belts.
As a group, we finished #1 in both written volume (new contracts) and Closed Volume (sold). I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve all accomplished as a team.
Of course, all this is owed to our clients. Each and every one has have trusted us with what is probably their most valuable asset, their home. There are a lot of great agents out there so we’re always honored to represent them.
We’re looking forward to the May results and hopefully we’ll be right up there again.
