Harbour Oaks, Fairview's Newest Development Ready to Break Ground

This 16 acre tract of land near the corner of Hart Rd and Country Club is the newest Fairview residential development coming online. Steve Dinapoli, who developed Fairview's fabulous Three Oaks and Oak Meadows is doing the project. Coincidentally, Erin and I just closed on the last of the ten lots in Oak Meadows so that development is now sold out.

Harbour Oaks will have a total of 13 one acre lots and four of those are already spoken for. Construction on those homes will start when the lots are delivered in several months.

JAnthony Homes will be the exclusive builder in Harbour Oaks and believes the development will sell out fairly quickly with the strong demand he's seeing in new construction homes. The homes will start in the low million dollar price point and go well up from there.

What makes this development so desirable? The answer is pretty simple, the town of Fairview, it's proximity to major thoroughfares and also, the schools. Lovejoy ISD, rated by the Texas Education Agency as one of the top school districts in the entire state (it was #3 in 2018) has been the number one reason families are moving to the area.

Also, Fairview, a town of only about 8,000 people has become known as an exceptional place to raise a family. It has low crime and a small town feeling. The citizens are very proactive about maintaining the high standards and expectations for the quality of living and they have the funds to make sure it happens. I call it a small town with a big presence.

And finally, the location is second to none if you want quick access to two major thoroughfares. Harbour Oaks is one traffic light away from access to both SH 121 and SH 75 so DFW Airport, Frisco, Plano and Downtown Dallas are all within reasonable driving range. And finally, right now over 3 million SF of shopping, dining, and entertainment is at Stacy and SH 75 with more on the way.

Erin Hickman and I are representing the developer on the lot sales. Please give us a call if you would like further information on the development, Lovejoy ISD, or Fairview. We'd be happy to answer any questions you might have.

This doesn't look like much now, but once those million dollar homes start going in, it will look completely different.
