Heather first represented the seller of the home shown below on the left, 3181 Brookhollow Ct. in Prosper. That property was listed at $2.995 Million. Then she represented those sellers on the purchase of their next home home shown on the right, 5419 Hilton Head in Dallas. That home was priced at $3.65 Million.
Any time an agent successfully completes two completely different transactions for the same client in a short period of time it’s quite an accomplishment to be proud of. Of course, it all starts with the trust our clients place in us to negotiate on their behalf and for that we’re always extremely grateful.
