Keller Williams Rolls Out Artificial Intelligence CRM

Think back, have you ever seen a Keller Williams commercial on television? The Super Bowl? Olympics? Any playoff game in college or professional basketball or baseball?
The answer is “no” and the reason is corporate does not spend a dime on advertising.

Imagine that, the largest real estate company in the world by number of agents, units sold, and total volume does zero corporate advertising. So where does all their money go? One of those places is technology. KW is rebranding itself as a technology company.

The software engineers designing “Kelly” have been interviewing KW agents from all across the country these past two years asking us what we want in a CRM (customer relationship manager) to make us more productive. I’ve been hearing bits and pieces about what its capabilities will be and it’s scary smart. The more we use it, the faster it learns and can process our commands.

Our Allen KW office will be one of the first in the country to see the roll out presentation and its full scope of services. When that happens, I’ll share it with you.

Kelly is going to be a game changer for KW agents. It will further separate us from the small and even large brokerages that lack either the desire or funds to invest in next generation CRM technology.
