Today was a very productive day for our team. We had one home go into title, another closed, and we just listed a home.

One In Title

460 Broadwing in Fairview is one of those homes we sometimes list and just can’t figure out why it’s taking so long to sell. 1818 Steeplechase has just been listed. In fact, this is the first time I’ve seen the pictures myself and it’s a great looking home! It’s also in Lovejoy ISD.
