You might have noticed our new For Sale sign on Stacy Rd just west of Country Club. That tract of land is one of the last, larger undeveloped properties in Fairview within the Lovejoy ISD school boundaries. It’s just over 11 acres and is listed at $2.475 million.
We’re happy to announce the property is now under contract but it will take at least several months to work through the approval processes with the city of Fairview. If you’d like to see some pictures of the land, here’s the link.
