Our yearly awards presentation was earlier in the week and The Grisak Group finished in the #1 spot within our Keller Williams Allen office. That’s quite an accomplishment considering we’re in the #1 real estate office in all of Collin County. We closed on approximately $80 Million in sales volume in 2020.
Three of the agents shown in the picture below are new to our team so our $1,758,136 GCI, or gross commission income, was earned among only 5 agents. That’s remarkable, well deserved, and I’m proud to see them all flourish. They all finished in the top 20% of our office of 225.
We’ve already started out 2021 with $30.1 million of sales volume closed and in title. Considering our area has been battling Covid, the snow storm of the century, and just last night, another hail storm in McKinney, it’s almost a miracle.
One of the most satisfying things about what we’ve accomplished is we’re doing it almost exclusively with female agents. They’re both mothers and wives and have to balance their very busy real estate career with their family life. Sean Elliott and I are the only men on the team and we admire the way they do it.
As always, we owe any of our accomplishments to our clients. Each and every one trusted us with their most valuable asset and we take that responsibility very seriously. Without them, we are nothing, and we have to earn that trust every day.
