That happened again this year and then, to make matters worse, we got hit doubly hard with the 3 month Covid shutdown. That was a difficult time for all of us.
We couldn't just stop and lick our wounds. We had to stay positive and keep working. That's exactly what we did and it's paying off.
In June, our team had $10 million in sold volume, wrote $20 million in new contracts, and picked up 13 new listings to lead the Keller Williams Allen office. Our seller clients stuck with us through these past 6 months, and for that we're greatly appreciative. Now it's time for us to reciprocate and get their properties sold.
