The Grisak Group has set quite a few records in the Keller Williams Allen office since we joined eight years ago. We’ve been the #1 group by sales volume all 8 years and now we have another first. Three of our agents finished 1-2-3 in G.C.I. (or gross commission income) for the month of January. While I finished #1, Erin Hickman finished #2, and Sean Elliott finished #3 for the month of January.
To put this into perspective, there are about 225 agents in our Allen KW office. Our office is the #1 real estate office in all of Collin County by sales volume. I can’t ever recall even two team members of the same group finishing 1-2 in sales volume for any single month yet we have three. With so many really exceptional agents in our office, this really is an extraordinary accomplishment and I’m way beyond proud!
We also had $12 million in sales volume for the month of January. That’s a huge month for so early in the year and a great forecast of things to come. As always, we sincerely thank all of our clients for trusting us with their real estate needs. Without them, none of this would be impossible.
