A big congratulations to Wendi Splawn for earning the Keller Williams Certified Luxury Agent designation. Wendi did this in her first year as an agent, which is pretty amazing.
To earn the designation, the agent is required to sell a pre-set minimum of luxury priced homes each year. Five our agents now have the luxury designation, Tom, Wendi, Heather, Sean and Erin.
In the not too distant future, every one of our team members will have earned their luxury designation. You can bet on it.
