When I bought my first home out of state I had the perfect real estate agent, one that I still keep in touch to this day. Since moving here I have always looked for an agent with the same qualities as my previous one. Unfortunately for the buying of our first two homes, the agent(s) from the company we found was very sub par and our experiences were terrible. There is not one negative thing I could point out if I tried. We kept saying to ourselves how we should have found Sean earlier because our first two experiences were a nightmare and it would have been SO MUCH smoother with having him as our agent. Not only will we continue to use Sean for our future real estate endeavors, we will refer him to anyone and everyone we know that is buying or selling a home. Our home was listed perfectly and a buyer was found within days of the home being listed on MLS and we closed one month from our home hitting the MLS.
