Coming out of 2020 and the Covid crisis, I was not confident 2021 would be a great year for real estate. I thought it would be a slow recovery and in fact, we’d already seen a gradual ramping up of sale activity last Fall and into the winter. But nothing prepared me for what happened starting in January of this year.
My YTD sales volume is right at $84.5 million in Fairview and Lucas which is well over three times my closest competition. The average sale price of my homes is $1.281 million. This doesn’t include another $6.3 million in title and due to close this year.
