Meet Christy
Christy Zemaier loves what she does, and it shows in the way she takes care of her clients. Since 2006, she's helped hundreds of buyers and sellers, first as a top-producing agent on Chicago's North Shore for more than a decade, and now in Fairview, Lucas, Parker, Allen, and surrounding communities.
No two real estate transactions are alike, and experience matters most when the unexpected happens. Christy brings sharp business instincts and a strategic approach to negotiations. She knows how to navigate complicated situations and recognizes opportunities others might overlook. Meticulous about the details and always thinking several steps ahead, she guides her clients through even the toughest decisions with confidence and care.
Christy is warm, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys getting to know the people she works with. She listens, communicates openly, and puts her heart into getting things right. The relationships she's built along the way mean the world to her and have become the foundation of her success.
A longtime Lovejoy ISD resident, Christy serves on campus PTOs and the districtwide PTO Council, giving her firsthand insight into the schools and community. She and her husband have two teenagers and an adorable Dachshund. Their family life revolves around baseball, competitive dance, and making family dinners a priority. Christy also enjoys traveling to new places, decorating, and organizing just about anything! She's a proud KU Jayhawk.
