What We Do

Our Seller Services

We list homes and represent buyers throughout Collin County, Texas.  That's our base, but we've listed and sold homes as far away as Tyler.  We'll look at all opportunities and make the decision on whether it's a good fit for the seller and us on a case by case basis.


We're always honored when chosen to represent a seller on their most important asset and take that responsibility very seriously.  We want our sellers to know we're doing everything we possibly can to professionally market, not just list, their home. 


Regardless of the price of the home, we spare no expense in making sure the home is portrayed beautifully to the market.  We don't have different packages depending on how much our commission will be.  We only use our trusted professional photographers, copywriters, stagers, and marketing experts for our listings. 


When we procure a new listing, everyone on the team knows exactly what is required and the timelines involved.  We've been selling homes for decades so our systems are very thorough, seamless and refined.  We are biased, of course, but we believe we have the most thorough marketing program in the entire industry.

Once we've procured a prospective buyer for your property, it's always our goal to negotiate the best price and terms for you.  We understand this is your money we're dealing with and we take that very seriously.

Our Buyer Services

We will turn over every stone to ensure our buyer client finds the right home.  It might take days, weeks, or even months but we'll never rush a client to make a decision. 

Once our client has selected on a home, we'll negotiate the best price and terms for them.  All of our agents are highly skilled in negotiating contracts and if they run into a situation they haven't seen before, we have 60 years of combined experience among our agents they can draw upon.


All of our agents carry the Keller Williams Luxury Agent designation.  We understand the luxury market and know what features should be included in a luxury home and whether the home is priced fairly.

What We Don't Do

We aren't builders, remodelers, or mortgage brokers.  We aren't going to offer to buy your home at a huge discount if we can't sell it.  We aren't trying to do the mortgage on your home to increase our fees.  Our specialty is representing buyers and sellers and that's all we do.
